OUR STORY

The Sanderson Family have been in the area since 1969.

And you could say that real estate & bricks & mortar have been very good to our family.

Sandra & Marty met as teenagers & bought their first home in Arana Hills in 1990.  Prior to selling homes they established & ran a very successful building company with offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Value First Realty came to life in 2009 started by Peter & Judy Jeffs with Marty as their employee.  We had all worked for large franchise groups prior to this and had a goal to be recognised as the agency that can offer service & performance without compromise.

Following in the footsteps of her parents and grandfather, Erika Sanderson commenced her career within our business.  Erika had her first part-time job at 13 with Coles Arana Hills, working there all through high school and then whilst studying marketing and accounting at university, this enabled her to travel through Europe before coming home to begin the rest of her life, where she is now currently renovating her first home.

Peter & Judy now reside and work on the Sunshine Coast.

Record Sales Prices

You may hear an agent brag about how they got a record sales price and probably think “well that home is just the most recent sale and prices go up in time” or that they just sold a home that has more appointments than the average home in the area.

But what about a sales record that lasted for years in a local 55 home townhouse complex.

We got the highest price for a property in “The Meadows complex” at 121 Archdale Road Ferny Grove that lasted for over 5 years!

That’s like comparing the sale to a footy team that goes undefeated throughout the year and then wins the Grand Final for five seasons in a row.

In fact almost 7 years later a townhouse sold for $5,000 less than our record price achieved.

10 years later and we had an agency bragging about their recent sale that topped our price by wait for it $400.
